4.1 Deposits
Certain appointments require deposits. Deposits:
- Are held from your Wallet
- Are released upon successful completion of the appointment in accordance with app rules
4.2 Lateness and No-Show
If you fail to show up or are late beyond the app’s grace period, you may incur a penalty as described in the app. Penalties may be transferred to the other user as Earnings.
4.3 Location Verification
To confirm attendance, you may be required to provide GPS location at check‑in time. Failure to provide location may be treated as lateness or a no‑show under app rules.

Wallet Funds and Earnings are separate balances.
6. Earnings (Penalty Compensation)
Earnings:

Subscription prices and terms are displayed in‑app.
Purchases are processed by third-party providers (for example, Apple App Store / Google Play), and may be subject to those providers’ own terms and refund policies.
